By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using StockUp, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both incorporated here by reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 to use StockUp on your own behalf. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the site. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you're 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission;
• you're authorized to use the payment method you provide; and
• the information you give us — including your Roblox username and any billing details — is accurate.

Using a payment method you're not authorized to use is a breach of these Terms.

StockUp delivers virtual, in-game items for supported Roblox experiences to a buyer's Roblox account. Items are delivered electronically to the Roblox username you verify at checkout. Everything we sell is virtual and digital — nothing is a physical good, and nothing is shipped.

StockUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation or the creators of the games featured on this site. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Game and trademark names are used here only to describe which items we sell.

Orders are delivered to the Roblox username you verify at checkout — it's your responsibility to provide your correct @username (not your display name). We deliver to the username on the order as submitted, and we're not responsible for items sent to the wrong account because of a mistyped or incorrect username.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• use a payment method you're not authorized to use, or file a chargeback without contacting support first;
• attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell or misrepresent the service; or
• violate Roblox's own Terms of Use or Community Standards.

Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe — StockUp never sees or stores your full card number. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Generally, undelivered orders are refundable and items already delivered in-game are not — please review that policy before purchasing.

StockUp is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Because the items we deliver depend on Roblox — a platform we don't own or control — we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't responsible for changes, downtime, item removals, or account actions taken by Roblox or a game's developers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockUp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

You agree to indemnify and hold StockUp harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country] — update this section with your actual business jurisdiction before launch.

We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of StockUp after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
