Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address, a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text), and the Roblox username and avatar you verify. When you place an order, we store your order details and, if you choose to provide one, your email for receipts.

We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver your orders to the correct Roblox account, send order confirmations, and improve the site. We don't sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by Stripe. StockUp never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe processes your payment directly and shares only what we need to confirm your order (like payment status) with us.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and store your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits.

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting support.

StockUp is not directed at children under 13, consistent with Roblox's own account age requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page.
